To ensure holding and evaluating objective, rapid and safe exams aligned with today's conditions in order to provide high quality and high standard service in response to Trakya University students' and public administrations' needed demands. 
Vision
As being an exam application and research center, to make a positive contribution to education and training by providing examination services to the students of our university and public institutions.
